Title: Choke plungers Post by Bert(Guest) on 30.10.03 at 11:21:00
Hi all, My 1982 TR1 is nearly perfect except that one of her choke plungers is worn at their rubber tips. This causes the rear cylinder mixture to be too rich, the sprak-plug turns quickly to black and the fuel consumption is excessive. This part is no longer available from Yamaha dealers in France. See image of the parts at http://www.chauvel.net/images/choke_plungers.jpg. The red arrow shows the used tip. Would anybody have a pair of them for sale, or eventually have a tip to rebuild them ? Thanks many in advances for assisting, Bert (Paris) |

We have them in stock. $35.00 each. Call to place order with Visa/MC. $6.95 S/H in the US. International shipping slightly higher. Robert P.
