Hi, I haven't seen a conversion been done... But i'm thinking about it as well. It can't be to hard I think. All the parts are easily available http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ducati-848-Stock-Hydraulic-Clutch-Slave-Cylinder-/190647216917?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c6375ab15&vxp=mtr Only thing you have to make is a mounting bracket. and that may be difficult if you don't have a milling machine.
