somebody quoted me -2 degrees
is that correct ?

I haven't got the slightest clue, how many degrees that is. I am just the bi-lingual translator.  ;D

If I had to guess, I'd say the triple-tree-rake is 0°, but you could check that quite easily, by putting the triples on the bench and then measuring, whether there's a height difference, between the upper and the lower yoke. The measurement would be very crude, but could at least tell you, whether there is an offset or not.
