I am working on a Cafe Racer project based on a 1983 TR1. Attached are some pictures for reference, I have a lot of information on what to do and am happy to share what I did, so please feel free to write me. I also have a lot of original parts which I am selling. Main work so far:

- front fork conversion into a 2001 Yamaha R1
- 17 inch front wheel with a 130/17 tire
- rear wheel widening to 4 inch to fit a 160/18 tire
- open chain conversion
- custom saddle mount welded
- replaced with a Virago tank, tank customized and lifted
- batterie box under the tank (lithium ion battery)
- cleaning of the frame

Is there any problems to line up the chain with such a wide rear wheel? I´m planning on putting a 150/70-17 on my TR1 but it looks like the chain will touch the tire. How did you solve that problem if there is a problem.
