Hello all, I am new to the site and am looking for a camshaft as the motor I have just got has one missing, I am also looking for carbs or any advice on which other carbs I can use. I plan to tune it as it is just a box of bits at the minute

Which camshaft are you looking for, front or rear?

I can't help with complete carbs but I do have lots of carb spares. If parts will work for you let me know what you need.

I actually have a set of carbs for sale one of which originally comes from a XVS1100/BT1100, those are a slightly smaller in diameter, but unlike with Hitacchi carbs, spares are readily available and due to the more modern flatslide construction (and a lot lighter flatslide as compared to the XV1100 Mikunis) they work quite well and respond nicely to tuning efforts.

Which camshaft are you missing? Front or rear? They are marked "1" and "2", where "1" is for the rear cylinder and "2" is for the front.

Thank you for the response I will check which cam is missing and post it tomorrow. Care any bit inter changeable with any others in the range ? (I need a cam sprocket too. I will be selling some bits, like the rear sub- frame /wheels  and other bits and bobs
