Title: Immaculate TR1 for Spares - What do you need?
Post by sgillett99 on 13.07.16 at 15:05:15

Hi,

Two things before i get going: 1, sorry for English only.  2, sorry my first post is to sell some things but i thought you guys would appreciate the first chance to buy.

I have a complete 1982 TR1, with ONLY 7000 miles on the clock.  It is in near museum mint condition with many unused and brand new genuine parts on it, including forks, wheels, exhaust, bodywork, clocks etc etc  It also has a full Krauser pannier system with it.

I have bought the bike as a donor for a build that i am doing and only really require the chassis, loom and engine.  Virtually everything else is going up for sale.

This is like having a NOS spares stock available for the TR1.  I open to offers for any parts and also a bid for the entire parts stock once the engine and chassis have been removed.

Drop me a line.  I have included 3 photos of the bike as it stands today for your reference.

Thanks

Simon

Hello Simon

If you ask on this site you may be able to obtain a chassis loom and engine. Then you won't have to break up this great bike. I am sure there are basket cases around which would make better donor bikes.

Hopefully you aren't building a cafe racer. It's been done so many times before. It's getting boring seeing so many good bikes being broken up to make yet another cafe racer.

Kevin

Hallo Zusammen  :),

Klaus
