Hi, Does anyone know of other Yamaha models which use the same front disk brake caliper as the 1981 XV1000RH. I need to identify as many potential donors for spares for my new bike as possible? Weisst jemand, von welchen Yamaha-modell stammt das Forderbremse? Ich hatte es gern erklaren, da ich mochte Urteilquellen fur mein neues Motorrad entdecken (bitte entschuldigen Sie mein schlechtes Deutsch, es is erst zehn Jahren seitdem ich auf Deutsch schrieben habe) Thanks/ Vielen Dank |

The XJ-bikes (XJ550, 600, 650) use the same or a similar break calipers, I think. There must be many others more: yesterday I bought a seal kit for the calipers and it was on the store and had not to be ordered especially for me ... Lutz |

Hello My old XS650/447 had the same brake as the Tr1, only the disks were a little different (ohne Schlitze). After detlev Louis catalog also XJ 650 or xs1100 have the same brakes. Peter. |
