Title: rear-tire Post by Bouke(Guest) on 23.04.00 at 00:42:00
Hello everyone, I'm a TR1 driver from holland and since i've got Internet at work, I found to my suprise this TR1 page. Nice page and when it's possible I want to come to the meeting is august. But for now I have one question: Is it possible to mount a fatter rear-tire on a normal TR1 (130 instead of 120) If anyone has experience with this, please mail to: nimmo@worldonline.nl or react in this discussion-group. thanks, Bouke |

Hello Klaus, it is very easy to demount your rear-wheel without opening the chain-box. when you demount your wheel, leave the chainbox alone. put the back of your motor high enough so you have enough space to pull you wheel out. Greetings from Bouke...... |

No problem. I drive with 130/80 and 130/90 is OK too. It's no MC-problem, but can be laws in your country thats not allows that. /M |

Piet |
