I have a mark 2 TR1 from 1984. The wiring loom on it has been badly altered by a previous owner, are the wiring looms from earlier TR1 different, and looking at wiring diagram I found online it says that it’s for the TR1/XV750SE so are they the same wiring looms and could I use a 750SE loom on my bike. Thanks

Hi there, you can alter an XV750SE-loom to become a TR1-loom. The difference is mainly in the starter electrics. TR1-looms are always the same and are regularly available on ebay and other sources. Cheers, Greg |
