Wir haben für eure TR1 sehr hochwertige Zylinderkopfdichtungen (in 2 verschiedenen Stärken; je 25 Stück) und O-Ringe für den Steuerkettenschacht (30 Stück) anfertigen lassen und bieten diese hier an.

Wir verkaufen immer einen Satz, also 2 Dichtungen zusammen für 25,- EUR zzgl. Versand bzw. 1 O-Ring für 4,50 EUR zzgl. Versand. Wenn ihr mehrere Teile bestellt, berechnen wir den Versand natürlich nur 1x. Wir versuchen selbstverständlich die jeweils günstigste Versandmethode zu wählen.

Die Dichtungen sind etwas schmaler als das Original. Das ist der große Vorteil gegenüber den herkömmlichen Dichtungen aus dem Zubehörhandel! Somit ist der Zylinderkopf sehr gut auf Block pressbar, hat eine hervorragende Wärmeübertragung und bleibt, korrekte Montage vorausgesetzt, sehr lange dicht.

Die Bestellungen bitte bei Sepp Koch per E-Mail. Bitte unbedingt die genaue Lieferadresse und die Anzahl Dichtungssätze oder O-Ringe mit angeben. Sepp meldet sich dann in jedem Fall bei euch per E-Mail mit Instruktionen wie ihr die Tiefe der Zylinderkopfnut richtig messt und welche der beiden verfügbaren Stärken dann die Passende ist. Ebenfalls sendet er euch auch Überweisungsinformationen und die genauen Kosten.

For your TR1, we have ordered very high quality cylinder head gaskets (2 different thicknesses; 25 pieces each) and O-rings for the cam chain case (30 pieces) and offer them here.

We always sell as a set, so 2 gaskets together for 25, - EUR plus shipping and 1 O-ring for 4.50 EUR plus shipping. If you order several items, we will calculate the shipping of course only once. And, we try to choose the most favorable shipping method.

The gaskets are slightly narrower than the original. This is the great advantage over the conventional gaskets from the aftermarket! Thus, the cylinder head is well pressed at the cylinder, has an excellent heat transfer and remains leak proof, a correct assembly provided, a very long time.

Sepp then answers you by e-mail with instructions how to measure correctly the depth of the cylinder head nut and therefore which of the two available thicknesses is the right one.
