Hi,

you can weld a 19mm nut to a long bolt.
Or if you can't weld or can't find anybody who can do it for you,
you can lock two 19mm against each other at the end of the long bolt.
On the other end you can either weld a handle or another nut, which you
can then hold with a spanner or a socket.
