Please Please someone help me..does anyone have a photo or explanation of which of the two large terminals on the solenoid the battery cable goes to.
I know you can't see it as it's covered up with that plastic cover but you might have an old photo or something.
I am going mad here.
My old solenoid and the new one are acting very strangely and I can't work out what's going on.

It now works and turns the engine over...once I fitted a heavier earth strap..the first one melted!
