Will a XV750 crank fit in a TR1

I have bought a TR1 engine that has no crank, I am just wondering if a XV750 crank fit in a TR1? I know it's a long shot

The crank on its own will, but the crank-bearings are a smaller o.d.
If you need a TR1 crank, a PM to me might be in order.
Cheers,
Greg

Greg,
i have a 750 crank (later model) with same main- bearing diameter as the TR1 has, but the balancing may be a problem?
so using a Tr1 crank might be the better choice, one way or the other,

Hi Ali,
that's pretty much what I wrote to Rick in a private message.
As the crank ends are the same one could simply fit the bigger bearings out of a TR1 and be done with it, yet still, balancing could/would be an issue.
Cheers,
Greg

Not could/would....................is a issue, S.
Racing is the answer, but I don't remember the question!

That's what I suspected.
How much lighter are the 750 parts?
