Cam chain tensioners

Rebuilding my 1983 TR1 and have found that both cam chain tensioners have stripped threads, must be a weak part. Anyone know of any alternatives or fixes as you cannot buy just the bodies and the whole unit is very expensive. Thanks

weak parts? Or a very strong guy?
I have the same problem on 1 tensioner. I removed the thick copper gasket and replaced it with some drops of sealing compound, so I can tighten the screw a little more.
Greetings
Michael
