Just in case it is of use to anyone, took a couple of digital pictures while replacing the starter motor on my TR1, so have added a small how to do it bit to the tr1 page, hope it helps someone.

This is where I got the new starter from, 265 bucks inc UPS shipping to the Uk which took 3 days.
