I´ve been looking after the picture and your question fpr a ltlle while. It is not easy to say, if it fits or not, but the solution for the front subframe is not typical/necessary for the elder XV/TR1. The tube could be shorter and mounted on the left exhaust tube side directly between upper and lower engine mounting points. Maybe it does fit, it´s a question of the e.-tube.  And the rear subframe dont fit.

Regarding for sidecar solutions on my XV750SE I found it ´d be easier to mount the sidecar on the left hand side. We are writing in english, on which side of the street do you ride? The right or wrong?

I think, for a left hand outfit, the picture proposal would be useless.
