I'm sure this subject has been well discussed.

Starter motor spins but solenoid doesn't engage. I'll be in the garage this weekend to start sorting it out - any headsup on what to check as a likely problem?

Also - the starter clutch ..... is that a sprag type clutch? And, if it's faulty can it be repaired?
