Any suggestions where I could find new pistons for 1982 XV920 ?

The company Scheuerlein in Germany has sources for all but the weirdest of pistons and can supply very odd XV-pistons. It might be worth considering going with XV1000 cylinders (and suitable pistons instead) and just open out your crankcase mouths to make them fit.

Guten Morgen RR und Nanno,
ich war gerade bei Scheuerlein auf der Webseite.
Es werden für die XV620 keine Kolben mehr angezeigt. Nur noch , siehe Bild.
