Hallo trikonkev,
You must take a 447-Modell, it has the spoke wheels and the dual disc Brakes, the SE - and Heritage Models have only single discs and cast wheels

Kev,

I somewhat doubt it... as with all the 530 sprocket conversions on this forum, the front-sprocket always used to be a one-off.

But as it shows, the guys on the forum have to learn something new for their 530-conversions, as your info is obviously correct:

XS650 setup:
http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/model/2501

XV920R/TR1 setup:
http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/model/6508

Alright and once you start digging, it gets even better:

Suitable front and rear sprockets are fitted to XS500, XS650, TX750 - all in 530 dimension!

So yes, that's an off-the-shelf-sprocket for our old ladies and even the rear one matches the pattern. Thanks for bringing this up!

@Gredner: Hier gehts um das vordere Ritzel, das Vorderrad könnte da ein bissl groß werden, wenn du das auch noch im Kettenkasten unterbringen willst.  Wink

Cheers / LG
Greg

There is only one little difference: the XS sprocket don´t have these thread-holes to mount it, and they are hard to make , hardened material is no fun to drill , i had no success. Sometimes someone orders 10or more 520 or 530 sprockets, the more the cheaper, due to the fact that installing the machines is expensive (  hope you understand what i mean, some things are not easy to explain, ),

I guess a little chat with JT-Sprockets and the hint that this would yield in a very easy to produce 530 conversion kit, should solve that.
(They're amazingly friendly once you tell them about something they can make money with.)

Cheers,
Greg
