Sad news about Hans

Roel van Veen informed me today about sad news and asked me to write the following words:
Hans van der Werf died on April 21st, 2022 on the consequences of a cardiac arrest on April 12th. Despite immediate help from the rescue workers he did not survive. Hans became 70 years old. He had been together with me at the TR1 rallies every year since the rally in Rieden 2009. Hans was a very gracious and quiet man. Despite his lack of German language skills, he enjoyed every rally very much.
We will miss him very much.
