Hi Ali, the pressure in the fork should not exceed 2,5 bar (36 psi) standard is 0,4 bar. Nevertheless most of the experienced TR1 drivers change the original fork springs against prpgressive fork springs (e.g. from Wirth) and do not fill any air in the fork. That improves the performance of the fork very much. The pressure for the rear shock absorber should not exceed 4 bar (57 psi) standard is 1 bar (14 psi) which is not enough usually. I heard that some heavy drivers drive with 4,5 or even 5 bars if they have a socius on board I would not recommend that. I am weighing 88 kgs and I drive with 2 - 2,5 bar when I am solo and 3,5 bar when I have a socia on board (depends of course on the weight of the socius) Its alos a big improvement if you change the rear spring against a stronger from White Power or Öhlins. Then you need of course less air in the shock absorber. You should also have a look in the technical info on this website! I hope that information helps. regards Armin
