Does annyone know how to change/disable the rev limiter on the TR1?
This dyno shows an xv920 chain pulling much higher.

As far as i know, the XV920/TR1 has no Rev Limiter- exept you have the Ignitech-Box. If so, as Nanno said, just change the parameter.
By looking at the picture- the sheet- i wonder, because a XV cannot rev 8600, exept it is highly tuned. 7500, as the red line shows, is more "normal".
It seems the limitation of rev and power  is caused by the carbs/ Air intake and may be the exhaust, the red A/F line looks ugly,

... or that may simply be valve float. Also it depends a lot on the exhaust you use, what kind of max. RPM you can achieve. Additionally, if you fitted an XV750 head, you will be out of look climbing such high RPMs (and make decent power there).

I recently had some similiar issues on my TR1, because one of the coils was giving up. The other thing to consider: In order to reach such RPMs you need more ignition advance than the stock unit will provide, unless you go all medieval on the mounting points of the pickup plate and start moving that around in the cases.
