Starter lever mod? (Read 420 times)

LasseTR TR1 Board Newbie Posts: 1	Starter lever mod? 13.10.22 at 13:40:45 I did a mod several years ago but I can't find the information any more. It was about adding a washer on the bushing nr 13 in the picture Can anyone help me? It should reduce a scraping sound when starting.

Reply #1 - 20.11.22 at 07:41:13 hello LasseTR, In the mid 1990 Yamaha released a modification Set to solve the Problems with the TR1 Starter Linkage. This Set was a derivative from the newer XV1100 Engine Design (1995-1996). I have enclosed a Snap Shoot from my Part-List, displaying the Mechanism of the XV1100 Engine.
