Hello,

He is able to repair this part.

Hi there,
I have change starter clutch assy, solenoïd, collar 2,but the pieces
(number 4, 5, 6, 8) is new but it is a piece of "Yamaha Virago 1100".

Just to tell you that I have one from 1982, 41000KM and it works perfectly.
I just got some problems with the carburators (it was not possible to exceed 5000rpm) which has been solved by changing the gicleurs (Word in french, I dont know the right word in English)
About your problem, I don't know.

I  Have a problem to start on my xv 750 cse of 1982 .
When I try to start the starter motor runs idle, but makes a shrieking
sound  is the the slip-action clutch in the planetairy gear of the
starter who has been worn out ????I have thus to change the planetairy gear or the complete starter motor .
Who can help me please . If somebody have the parts numbers ....
